Description

With the raised bed planner you create a bed in real dimensions and paint the area for each crop into the grid. One square equals 10 × 10 cm. Beetplan calculates immediately:

  • Number of plants: roughly how many tomatoes, kohlrabi or carrots fit the area – based on plant and row spacing.
  • Companion planting check: unfavourable neighbours are outlined in red in the grid, good combinations are listed.
  • Crop rotation: notes matching the year of your raised bed (heavy, medium and light feeders).
  • Fill volume: volume of the bed and the classic layer structure (branches, leaves, compost, soil) in litres, potting soil in bags.
  • Calendar: sowing indoors, direct sowing, planting out and harvest for exactly the crops in your plan.

You can create several beds, undo steps, print your plan and save it as a file. The planner runs completely offline in your browser – no account, no ads, no data transfer. The interface and plant names are in German.

Licence (right of use)

Simple right of use, unlimited in time, for you and your household on any number of your own devices. You may pass on printouts of your plans. Not permitted: passing on or selling the file, publishing it online, using it for your own products for sale. The full text (German) is enclosed as LIZENZ.txt.
